Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BisanHope. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BisanHope website, platform, campaigns, donation services, and related features.

By accessing or using BisanHope, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use the BisanHope platform.

About BisanHope

BisanHope is a fundraising and crowdfunding platform designed to provide a centralized place where visitors and supporters can discover fundraising campaigns and contribute to causes presented on the platform.

BisanHope campaigns are created, reviewed, managed, and published solely by BisanHope administrators or individuals expressly authorized by BisanHope.

General visitors, donors, supporters, and other users of the platform do not have permission to independently create or publish campaigns on BisanHope.

BisanHope may review information relating to a proposed cause before deciding whether to create or publish a campaign. Submission of information, correspondence, or a request to BisanHope does not guarantee that a campaign will be created or published.

Eligibility

You may use BisanHope only if you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use BisanHope on behalf of another person, organization, or entity, you represent that you have the appropriate authority to communicate or act on its behalf.

Additional age, geographic, legal, or eligibility requirements may apply to particular features, campaigns, donation methods, or payment services.

Access to the BisanHope platform does not give any visitor or user the right to create, publish, edit, approve, or manage a campaign.

Accounts & Information

Certain BisanHope features may require you to provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to BisanHope is truthful, complete, accurate, and not misleading.

If you create an account or are provided with account credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the security of those credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must not share your account credentials with another person or allow another person to use your account in a manner that could compromise the security of BisanHope or its users.

You should notify BisanHope promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Campaigns & Fundraising

Campaign creation on BisanHope is restricted to BisanHope administrators and expressly authorized representatives.

General users, visitors, donors, supporters, and other members of the public are not permitted to independently create, publish, edit, approve, promote, or manage campaigns on the platform.

BisanHope has sole administrative responsibility for determining which campaigns are created and published on the platform. BisanHope may evaluate information, documentation, requests, or other materials relating to a potential fundraising cause before deciding whether to create or publish a campaign.

A person or organization may contact BisanHope regarding a potential fundraising need or provide information for consideration. However, providing such information does not create a right to have a campaign published and does not make that person or organization a campaign administrator.

BisanHope is responsible for reviewing and determining the campaign information displayed on the platform. BisanHope may edit, update, restrict, suspend, archive, or remove a campaign when reasonably necessary.

BisanHope may decline to create or publish a campaign for any reason, subject to applicable law and any other obligations that may apply.

Campaign information may be based on information provided to BisanHope by individuals, organizations, representatives, or other sources. BisanHope may take reasonable steps to review information, but cannot guarantee that every statement associated with a campaign is complete, current, or error-free.

BisanHope does not guarantee that any campaign will reach its fundraising goal or that any particular amount of funds will be raised.

Donations

Donations made through BisanHope are intended to support the campaign selected by the donor.

Before making a donation, donors should carefully review the campaign description, fundraising purpose, available campaign information, and any relevant notices provided by BisanHope.

By submitting a donation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, donations are voluntary contributions and should not be interpreted as purchases of goods or services.

BisanHope does not require donors to create or manage fundraising campaigns in order to make a donation.

Donations may be subject to verification, processing requirements, payment-provider rules, or other applicable procedures.

Payments & Fees

BisanHope may support multiple payment methods. Available payment options may vary depending on the campaign, location, transaction type, or payment provider.

Payments may be processed directly by third-party payment providers. When using a third-party payment service, you may also be subject to that provider's terms, conditions, privacy policies, fees, and requirements.

Any applicable processing fees, platform fees, transaction charges, or other charges will be presented where applicable.

BisanHope reserves the right to change available payment methods and applicable fees when necessary, subject to applicable law.

BisanHope is not responsible for delays, interruptions, declined transactions, or other issues caused by a third-party payment provider, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds & Cancellations

Donation refunds are not automatically guaranteed and may depend on the circumstances of the transaction, the campaign, the payment method, and applicable law.

If you believe that a donation was made in error, duplicated, unauthorized, or affected by another issue, please contact BisanHope as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a third-party payment provider processed the transaction, additional procedures or requirements from that provider may apply.

BisanHope may investigate reported donation issues and may take reasonable action based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use BisanHope to:

• Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity.
• Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Impersonate another person, organization, campaign, administrator, or representative.
• Attempt to create, publish, modify, approve, or manage a BisanHope campaign without express authorization from BisanHope.
• Represent yourself as a BisanHope administrator or authorized campaign representative when you are not.
• Create or distribute unauthorized copies of BisanHope campaigns or campaign materials.
• Misrepresent the purpose, destination, or intended use of donations.
• Use BisanHope for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, administrative systems, or another user's account.
• Introduce malicious software, code, or other harmful material.
• Interfere with the operation, availability, integrity, or security of BisanHope.
• Violate the privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other legal rights of another person.
• Use BisanHope in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

BisanHope may take appropriate action when prohibited activity is identified or reasonably suspected, including restricting access, suspending accounts, removing content, or referring matters to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

User Content

Users may be able to submit comments, messages, inquiries, feedback, photographs, or other materials to BisanHope through available features.

Submitting content to BisanHope does not give the submitting user permission to create, publish, or manage a fundraising campaign.

You remain responsible for content that you voluntarily submit to BisanHope. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content.

By submitting content to BisanHope, you grant BisanHope permission to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, communicate through, and promote the platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit content that is fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

BisanHope may remove or restrict user-submitted content when reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain the platform, comply with applicable law, or enforce these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The BisanHope website, branding, logos, design, software, text, graphics, interfaces, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to BisanHope unless otherwise indicated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit BisanHope materials without appropriate authorization.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of BisanHope intellectual property to you.

Campaign names, descriptions, photographs, graphics, and other materials displayed on BisanHope may belong to BisanHope, campaign subjects, contributors, organizations, or other rights holders. You may not use such materials without appropriate authorization.

Third-Party Services

BisanHope may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, email, security, communications, or other functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and requirements.

BisanHope is not responsible for the independent policies, availability, security, or performance of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

When you interact with a third-party service through BisanHope, you may be required to comply with that provider's applicable terms and policies.

Disclaimers

BisanHope is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the website or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

BisanHope does not guarantee that any campaign will reach its fundraising goal or that donations will result in a particular outcome.

Although BisanHope may review campaign information before publishing a campaign, such review does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or representation that every statement associated with a campaign is accurate, complete, or current.

Donors are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and reviewing available information before contributing to a campaign.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BisanHope and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from interrupted access, unauthorized activity, campaign disputes, reliance on campaign information, payment issues, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

BisanHope may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform or particular features when reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain platform security, investigate suspected violations, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

BisanHope may also suspend, restrict, archive, or remove a campaign when reasonably necessary, including where information associated with the campaign is suspected to be inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with BisanHope policies.

Users may stop using BisanHope at any time, subject to obligations relating to transactions, disputes, applicable laws, or other matters that survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

BisanHope may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our platform, services, legal requirements, or business practices.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the beginning of this page.

Your continued use of BisanHope after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws applicable to BisanHope and its operations, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of BisanHope will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution procedures that may apply.
